Fall Kids Yoga Series!

SYL HELOTES: Sundays from 12-1pm
We had so much fun with our summer series, we decided to bring it back! We will encourage self expression and building social skills, along with strengthening the body through playful movements and simple yoga postures. Your little ones will also learn to stay focused by using various breathing techniques that can be useful during the school days. 

Kids deal with their very own brand of stress... overstimulation, academic challenges, over-scheduling, social pressures, changes in family structure, physical idleness... it's not always easy being a kid these days.  Yoga provides an outlet for that stress in a non-competitive and nurturing environment where they learn age-appropriate methods to productively channel their energy into healthy behavior.  Let's empower our children by helping them develop physical agility, self-esteem, emotional intelligence, self-policing and mental focus so that they continue to grow and shine!  We know you see endless possibilities in them... we do too!
