Amy Gehrlein

Amy teaches a creative and energetic vinyasa flow class that combines movement with breath, and works to provide varying levels of intensity in her classes for students of all levels to enjoy. She teaches Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Heated Vinyasa, Yoga for Athletes at Crossfit gyms around San Antonio, and Aerial Yoga workshops. Amy's relationship with yoga began in 2012, and since then it has continued to evolve. What started as just an athletic outlet, began to grow into a way of life. Amy went on to complete her 200-hour YTT at Southtown Yoga Loft not only to learn more about the practice, but to help others benefit from yoga as she had. The gratitude for her health, mobility and fluidity in her body was enough to bring her back to her mat each day. Simply put, teaching yoga is her passion.
