Lauren Mason

Lauren's favorite thing about yoga is its impact on her physical and mental health. She started practicing yoga nine years ago as part of her dance training, and has been hooked ever since, loving how the practice of yoga has taught her about health and helped her through the stresses of life. Lauren completed her teacher training with Yoga Yoga Austin in early 2013 and has been teaching ever since. Lauren focuses on the meditative and healing qualities of yoga, whether she is teaching vinyasa, gentle, prenatal classes, or anything in between.
