Julie found yoga during a difficult season of health issues, she quickly learned all about the physical and mental benefits yoga has to offer. After heavily diving into yoga and growing her practice she found the pull within her to help others and recieve her 200 hour certification in order to share yoga through her eyes, hoping to reach others just like her. She is always trying to expand her practice not only physically but mentally knowing the beauty of yoga is from linking the breath with your movements. Not only does she expand her practice through attending class but takes the opportunity to learn from her students. You can find Julie on the mat leading others in a heated strong flow detoxing the body and guiding the calming elements of movement in slow flow. When off the mat you can find her with her husband, two sons, and two dachshunds exploring the outside world!
