Delanie Briones

Delanie was a self-taught yogi at home, practicing yoga to compliment her fitness routine during a time in her life where she was struggling with her weight and depression. She fell in love with practicing yoga so much, and what it did for her, she jumped into a yoga teacher training program. In addition to yoga, she found a passion for meditation and the yoga ideology of living and loving.

After receiving her 200hr RYT, she took additional yoga training's along with a personal training certification beginning her fitness and wellness career. Delanie and her husband met while working at the same gym. They continue growing together through their yoga and wellness practices. You can find them in the studio together practicing acro yoga poses, encouraging and connecting with other couples and families who practice together.
