Emily is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher.  She believes in empowering others with a strong, creative yoga class.  Emily has her master’s degree in Nutrition and she combines yoga and nutrition to create healthy living practices.  Yoga has changed Emily’s life and she wants to support others on their journey to healthful living.  Emily also loves traveling, hiking, cooking, and being outdoors.  Her favorite food is pizza and her favorite travel destination is anywhere that is wild!
