Laura incorporates elements of gentle yoga, Hatha yoga and meditation focused on breath awareness and personal intention to create a space where students can practice safely, without judgement, in a way that is perfect for them. In her class, you can expect to be welcomed with an encouraging spirit and loving heart. It is Laura's goal to spread to her students the great joy, along with, the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits that yoga can bring.
