Adaptive Therapeutic Yoga

Adaptive Therapeutic Yoga is ideal for beginner's as well as advanced practitioners and those coming back from physical or emotional trauma and those with limited mobility. This class uses a blend of traditional yoga postures, functional movements offering a variety of options/modifications. A mix of gentle flow as well as supported postures that are adapted for each individual, with an emphasis on self-care and kindness.

Ashtanga Improv

Ashtanga Improv offers students the opportunity to explore Ashtanga Yoga with more depth. After sun salutations, standing postures, and seated postures to warm and prepare the body, individual postures, groups of similar postures, and the tristhana method of Ashtanga (Asana, Breath and Drishti) will be explored in greater depth in a workshop style setting.

Beginner's Yoga

slower paced class in which we break down the poses and help you understand the alignment of the postures, the language we use, and the benefit of practicing the poses. Modifications are given to common poses that you'll find in all our other classes so you can safely practice on your mat, no matter which class you attend next. This is a great class for beginner's or even a regular yoga practitioner looking to revisit your foundations helping you develop good practice habits. No flexibility necessary!

FRIENDS – FLOW – FUN

An all levels yoga class usually taught by a newer teacher. These classes are just $5 and are rich in energy and camaraderie! This class is a great way to experience the strong Connection & Community we all share at our studios. First come first served, space is limited, must sign-up at the studio. A portion of your drop-in fee will be donated to a charity our studio supports.

PB+J - Power, Bikram & Jams

You’re a Bikram addict because you love the consistency, structure, and therapy but Power Yoga and Vinyasa Flow classes have been calling your name. What do you do? BOTH!! PB+J is a class that blends the therapy of Bikram style yoga with the athleticism and enticing yoga tricks of Power and Vinyasa style yoga. And if you have ever wondered how to do crow pose but were too intimidated to try it in a group class setting, this is your playground! 

LEVEL: All Levels (move at your own pace) 
EXPERIENCE: Some yoga experience is recommended 
TEMP: Heated (we like it hot 90+) 
TIME: 60-75 minutes (check schedule) 

Power + Peace

Power + Peace is the ultimate Yin & Yang yoga experience. Yin (Peace) is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, dense, connective tissues and joints in the body while the Yang (Power) is a more active practice working on muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility. Power + Peace starts with Power, a 25+ minute Vinyasa Flow sequence strengthening & toning the body, improving flexibility and circulation, calming your mind finding balance between your synchronized breath and movement. Peace finishes this class with 25+ minutes of Yin/Restorative poses improving flexibility and joint mobility, reducing stress & anxiety, with extra focus placed on the fascia, tendons and ligaments.

TEMP: Heated (we like it hot 90+)
