Ashtanga Improv

Ashtanga Improv offers students the opportunity to explore Ashtanga Yoga with more depth. After sun salutations, standing postures, and seated postures to warm and prepare the body, individual postures, groups of similar postures, and the tristhana method of Ashtanga (Asana, Breath, and Drishti) will be explored in greater depth in a workshop style setting. All experience levels are encouraged to attend.

Baptiste Inspired Power Yoga (heated)

Are ready you to SWEAT? Are you ready to find your EDGE? Are you ready to FOCUS, FLOW and GROW?
Our POWER 60 & 90 classes will challenge you in every way. Following a Baptiste inspired POWER Yoga Flow, this class follows Baron Baptiste's Journey Into Power Vinyasa sequence – vigorous and challenging; emphasizing strength, balance and flexibility.

Our POWER YOGA classes will challenge you physically & mentally, stretching & strengthening your body, mind and soul. You’ll walk out of class feeling rejuvenated, energized & empowered, ready to take on anything in your day. The room is heated up to over 90 degrees encouraging detoxification, allowing you increased flexibility without injury and taking you to the highest level you’ve ever experienced. The physical practice is accessible to people of all athletic abilities and from all walks of life.

Power Flow (heated)

Power Flow is the perfect fusion of yoga, rigorous movement, and strength. This is a fitness-based practice, linking breath with dynamic vinyasa-style sequencing to tone the body and cleanse the mind. We incorporate core-centric exercises, endurance challenges, and a fast-paced flow to create a total body workout. Students will be invited to build heat, strength and flexibility by powering through their perceived limitations. This is yoga... cranked up to an eleven... and the magic happens when you turn stress into sweat. No gym necessary. 

Strong Flow

Get strong and flexible through this dynamic practice! This vigorous style of yoga links breath with movement through a sequence of Sun Salutations and postures. There's plenty of toning and lean muscle building for your entire body. The smooth, continuous flow deepens breathing, increases endurance, and will test the edge of your balance and flexibility. The rigorous, moving flow in this class will build heat - an excellent aid in increasing flexibility and eliminating mental and physical toxins.

Beginner's Yoga: Beyond Basics

Whether you are new to yoga or wanting to revisit your foundations, this class will guide you through the elements of basic postures and help you develop good practice habits by focusing on proper alignment, strength and balance. No flexibility necessary, just your beautiful open mind.

Vinyasa Flow - All Levels
This all-levels Vinyasa Flow class delivers fundamental poses that build strength, balance, flexibility and focus, dynamically moving from pose to pose. You’ll leave refreshed & rejuvenated! 

Yoga For Lunch
Yoga for Lunch is a healthy way to restore energy, calm your mind eliminate those afternoon "blahs." The practice of yoga at midday leaves you feeling happy, calm and energized, instead of lethargic or jittery from a heavy meal or a cup of coffee.

Restorative Yoga is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle, and nourishing practice. The gentle and deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility while reducing pain and the effects of stress.
Practitioners with limitations related to age or size as well as students with a more vigorous yoga practice will benefit from Restorative Yoga. Through a regular practice, you’ll enjoy enhanced flexibility, reduce stress in your life, balance your nervous system, heal emotional pain and eliminate insomnia. No prior yoga experience is required.

Slow Flow 

This class will encourage us to discover the potential in slowing the breath and flow of vinyasa. We will explore in depth and focus on blending alignment with our own natural rhythm of movement. A great class for any level of student wishing to establish or reinforce a strong foundation.

Adaptive Therapeutic Yoga

Using a blend of traditional yoga asana (postures), functional movements, a variety of options/modifications and most importantly, your own inner authority, this adaptive, therapeutic class is ideal for those needing physical and emotional care in their yoga practice. A mix of gentle flow as well as supported, sustained postures are adapted for each individual, with an emphasis on self-care and kindness. Students recovering from illness or injury, those who would like to connect deeper to their bodies and those who are new to the practice will benefit from the healing focus of this class. No previous yoga experience necessary as this class is appropriate for all levels. 

Wake Up & Flow 

Join us at 6am for a grounding yet invigorating Vinyasa Yoga class. We’ll ease into the day with a few minutes of meditation and/or pranayama (breath work) and then get flowing. This practice will build heat, help you find flexibility, strength, balance, and endurance, as well as bring you more in tune with the subtleties of your body. This class is suitable for all levels. 

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a quiet and simple practice, but not necessarily an easy practice. Yin yoga works deeply into our bodies. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles. Energetically, Yin Yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of energy in the organs. To be healthy, we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles. 

Yoga Foundations

Learn the fundamentals of a mindful and healthy yoga practice. This class will guide you through the elements of the most commonly used postures and help you develop safe habits by focusing on healthy alignment and movement. 
No prior experience is necessary to attend this class. 
All levels welcome!

Prenatal Yoga

This hour-long class will focus on postures that are appropriate for pregnant women with an emphasis on breathing, relaxation and muscle toning. Have the best possible pregnancy and delivery by learning to stretch and strengthen the body, focus and relax the mind, control breathing and develop awareness. Best of all, meet a lovely community of pregnant women in your neighborhood! **PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS NOT A BABY & ME CLASS, MOMMIES ONLY PLEASE**

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is also known as yogic sleep. It is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Independent studies have shown an hour of Yoga Nidra can be as restorative as four hours of regular sleep.
Yoga Nidra will bring you into a totally relaxed and blissful state that can offer you the following:

  • Decreased anxiety
  • Eased insomnia
  • Alleviate stress
  • Reduce PTSD, chronic pain and chemical dependency
  • Heighten awareness and focus
  • Transform negative habits, behaviors and ways of thinking
  • Foster feelings of peace, calm, and clarity
Through each step, it will take you into an altered state of consciousness (the state between asleep & awake) where you’ll find deep relaxation of the body, mind and emotions. Your unconscious will open up to new ways of thinking and healing fulfilling your conscious intentions. You’ll create real positive changes in your life, helping you reach your health & well-being goals.
