Should you be unhappy with any part of your order; we encourage you to contact us immediately. We are committed to doing whatever we can to resolve the situation to your satisfaction!

If you would like to return your SYL Gear for refund or exchange, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of delivery, provided the relevant item(s) have not been handled or used and is returned in a saleable condition with all original packaging intact. Returns of items with damaged packaging will incur a handling charge to be designated by us on a per product basis. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please kindly note that we will not be able to cover the cost of gift wrap, initial shipping, return shipping or replacement shipping. There are no returns or refunds on used, markdown or sale items. Additionally, no further discounts apply on used, markdown or sale items.

The package is your responsibility until it reaches us so always retain proof of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are insured for the full value during their journey back to us. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.

We kindly ask for your consideration of environmental sustainability when making online purchases. SYL is concerned, particularly, with the additional carbon footprint of sending packages back and forth. We seek to have the most efficient service possible to prevent unnecessary wastage of resources. It's very important to us that we manage returns efficiently, which is why we'd always prefer to discuss the matter with you first.

Please note that due to the current coronavirus pandemic and the associated changes to services, there may be slight delays to your delivery, however we expect this to be no longer than an extra few business days, if any. We appreciate your patience and understanding on this.

Please note that shipping may take longer if you are in a remote/extended area. UPS and/or other carriers guarantee that its drivers will attempt to deliver to the specified address or mailbox one time. If there is no answer upon their delivery attempt, the driver will use their discretion and either deliver to a nearby UPS Access Point or reattempt delivery the following business day. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. You may also be required to pick-up the item at a local carrier facility.

Delivery to PO box addresses within the USA can take up to 8 working days. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to addresses outside of the USA. We are unable to deliver to freight forwarding companies. Some UPS or other Collection Points may choose to charge for storage, and a small fee may be payable upon collection. This is solely at the discretion of the Collection Point proprietor and is beyond our control.

We will always endeavor to deliver goods within the shortest time frame possible, but please note that delivery dates we specify are approximate and some delays are outside of our control. We cannot be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by such a delay. You can rest assured that we will work to rectify any delivery problems; above all, we want you to be happy with the service offered by us.

Our carriers charge a surcharge for delivery to remote and extended areas that is outside of our control. These areas are non-standard shipping destinations and you will be notified of this when you enter your postcode at the checkout. For remote and extended areas, we are not able to offer our normal delivery services to these destinations and an additional shipping surcharge will be applied.
