Terms and Conditions
General
-
By taking classes, purchasing products or services, or by participating in any activity at Warrior Power Yoga, LLC dba Southtown Yoga Loft, you fully agree to the following and all terms and conditions.
Come Early and Be On Time
-
We every effort to start classes on time, so we ask that you arrive to class at least 15 minutes early. This will allow you sufficient time to put your things away and settle in on your mat. This also gives you an opportunity to touch base with your instructor in case you have any questions.
Practice Practice Practice
-
It's called a practice for reason. Remember, you don't need to be flexible to do yoga. How often you practice is a personal decision, the more you practice, the quicker results you will see. We recommend at least 2-3 days per week to experience the full benefits of yoga, but you can safely practice 7 days a weeks. Like everything else in life, you get out what you put into it. Over time you will gain more flexibility and strength in addition to many other benefits. Saying “I can’t " is self-defeating and does nothing but delay your practice even further. Re-frame the way you say things. We like to say, "I can't today, but I will try again tomorrow". There is always more to learn, accomplish, and strive for. You never really arrive at the destination, so you might as well try to enjoy the journey.
Tune Out so You Can Tune In
-
When you come to practice at the studio, try and "tune out" the world outside of the space by leaving your phones and smart watches at home or in your car. That way you can "tune into" your body, mind and breath. It's this internal connection that helps your practice grow. Connecting electronic device into Southtown Yoga Loft's computers, devices or wall outlets is prohibited.
Physical Security
-
We are not responsible for theft to your belongings on premise or in the parking lot. Please leave your valuables at home or secured in a safe place. Lockers are available at some locations. Secure your belongings with a lock and key if possible
Imagery, Photography or Video
-
Photography in dressing rooms, bathrooms and other studio spaces is prohibited. Please do not bring or operate cameras and recording equipment on the premises without express permission from the studio manager, staff, or owners.
Studio Equipment
-
Most specialized equipment will be provided for you. Your instructor may ask you to assist in cleaning equipment that you’ve come in to contact with. We will provide you with cleaning materials as required. We ask that you purchase and bring items that touch your body like clothing, mats, towels, blocks, and/or water bottles. We have limited quantities of personal equipment for sale at the front desk and some items may run out of stock or be unavailable. Please come prepared for an awesome experience.
Secure Your Space Early
-
We ask that you secure your class bookings with a valid credit card, debit card, or ACH (payment method). A credit card is required to book class. -
