Power & Strong Flow Yoga
Power Yoga is a fitness based Vinyasa practice originating in the styles of Ashtanga and Bikram yoga. Other styles of yoga may be ideal for flexibility and meditation, but in Power Yoga, you get an entire body workout, including cardio. Power Yoga is an intense workout that will make you sweat. These classes increase stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as assist with stress reduction.
Our classes mainly follow Baron Baptiste’s Journey Into Power Yoga sequence that focuses on over 50 separate yoga poses in one 60 or 75 minute class. In other Power or Strong Flow classes, we give the Teachers the ability to design their own sequences. Regardless of the class, be prepared to “Sweat”!

In our Vinyasa Yoga classes, we link breath to movement. This link is often referred to as a "moving meditation", almost a dance as we flow from pose to pose.
We have a variety of Vinyasa classes suited for all levels with each class moving at a different speed. Teachers design their sequences in these classes and will provide basic instruction and modifications for poses so all participants will feel welcome in the classes.
Time to relax, refocus and breathe. We have a variety of meditations classes including Yoga Nidra Meditation. Also known as yogic sleep., Yoga Nidra is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Independent studies have shown an hour of Yoga Nidra can be as restorative as four hours of regular sleep.
Additional benefits from Yoga Nidra Meditation can include: Decreased anxiety, easing insomnia, reducing stress, assisting with relieving the symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) - Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS) – Postpartum Depression (PPD) – Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) and other stress related conditions, chronic pain, chemical dependency, transform negative habits, behaviors and ways of thinking as well as help foster feelings of peace, calm and clarity.
Do you ever wish your life could just slow down a little? With everything going on in the world today, sometimes you just need room to breathe! Just like our Meditation classes, Yin & Restorative Yoga can offer you just that. Come join us for deep stretch, maybe relax a little and unwind your day!
These classes mix active and passive stretch poses performing the majority of them seated or lying down. The poses are held for longer periods of time, sometimes as long as 3 - 5 minutes, and targets your connective tissue, fascia and ligaments with the aim of lubricating and protecting our joints.
Practice on the go or from the comfort of your own home, hotel or at a friends house with live streamed classes. Most of our regularly scheduled yoga and meditation classes are offered each week.

Whether offering Prenatal classes to future mommies, classes deigned for our military and other veteran groups, or classes for kids & seniors and many others, we offer something for everyone to participate in and stay healthy.
Through our Partnerships with Veterans Yoga Project and lululemon, we are able to offer classes specially designed for those dealing with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) and other stress related conditions. It's through these Partnerships we are able to help those that have served our country and Community.
